• Answering enquiries and preparing quotes — Art. 6(1)(b).
• Performing contracts — Art. 6(1)(b).
• Accounting, tax and AML obligations — Art. 6(1)(c).

4. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed: enquiries up to 12 months, contract and accounting data for 5 years after the end of the tax year, AML records for 5 years after the end of the business relationship.

Hosting, email, accounting and legal service providers acting on our instructions, and public authorities where required by law. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
