1. Provider

This website is operated by Kalamora sp. z o.o., Polna 2N, 05-500 Chyliczki, Poland, KRS 0001159962, NIP 1231576002, REGON 541095912. Contact: info@ka1a-mora.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern use of this website. Software development, AI and legal-support services are provided under a separate written agreement or accepted quote, which prevails over these terms.

3. Quotes and contracts

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is concluded once the client accepts the quote in writing or by email. Before starting work we may verify the client's identity as described in our AML Policy.

4. Payments

Invoices are payable by bank transfer within the term stated on the invoice. We do not accept cash payments or payments from third parties not identified in the contract.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, rights to deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Website content belongs to Kalamora sp. z o.o. and may not be copied without permission.

6. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any contract is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to info@ka1a-mora.com. We respond within 14 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the provider's registered office, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
